Thanks !
I really like this clip of Mylène. For me, it's one of the best she's made.

PQSD, Desenchantee, Sans Contrefacon, Sans Logique, etc. The Laurent Boutonnat era was really awesome. I remember I saw her videos when I was a kid and these ones have stuck in my mind for whole my life, but I needed years to learn to appreciate Mylene. She's truly one of a kind. I see you're French, it's cool :D I'm Russian, people love her a lot here too, I dunno why but she's popular here somehow, and I'm glad :D

If Mylene is popular in your country, I think it's because some recordings of her clips take place in Russia.
For exemple "Désenchantée" and "Tristana" (where she talks russian to her boyfriend). She likes the snow and went many times to Russia for holidays. :3
Yeah, I'm French but...It's not as cool as it sound. Ha ha ha ha ! :D
Like the majority of the people on Earth, I don't like my homeland ha ha ha ha !

I think it's more. Last time she came here with En Tournee whole stadium was singing her songs just like in France :) I think there's something in common between French and Russian culture, for example when I read Victor Hugo I don't feel he's French, he gives the same feeling as Dostoevsky or Tolstoy. But I guess we could spend forever on philosophizing :D Russia is closer than Canada yeah xD

Every country has advantages and disadvantages :) From distance they all look good, but when you start to live there you meet problems, and in every country they are different. What makes you dislike France though? :)

I feel like we're always late ha ha ha !
For example in culture : There's some japanese animes and mangas who arrive most years later !
Last year, I watched a japanese anime film and it comes out only this summer here.
I searched an artbook of Ivan Ivanovich Shishkin. I found nothing. I'm glad that I have a friend who travel regularly to Russia and send me one from St-Petersbourg.
We have "formatted" food, furnitures, vehicles... All modern things are industrial and disgusting or ugly. That's my thoughts sometimes.

Well, this are details but that's annoying. -_-

I think I'm a XVIIIè century nostalgic. I like horses, castles, harpsichord, Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette, old books, etc...
That does not stop me playing video games, watch films on my computer and, generally, uses technology.
Finally, I have a strange feeling that's not my place here, in this century ha ha ha ! :D

lol Well it's in every country like that :) Japanese stuff in Russia is hard to get even though many people are interested in Japanese culture here. As for everything else, we all come to some standarts lately, all places become alike and it's sad in a way. Like Rammstein sing, 'Santa Claus comes in Africa, and Mickey Maus stands in Paris'. Worls becomes one global village, and for some people it makes it easier to feel themselves better in any country. But at the same time it kills individual spirit, all beauty of original traditions. But yeah, world was never perfect and never will be lol

I can relate, I want to live on uninhabited island but with internet and game console :D I like past too, but every era is amazing. Too bad we're not immortal and can't travel in time, I'd like to see and hear so many things :)

We're not immortal : It's because we have to enjoy our life as much as possible. ^^
